Submission of your film indicates your agreement to the rules below:
GENERAL RULES
All types of films {any genre or length} are welcome for submission, but for screening consideration, films must fit our mission statement {please see WHO WE ARE to read our mission statement}.
We do not screen films in our Festival that are already available for public purchase. {If your film will be available for public DVD purchase by October 25, 2013, then please do not submit, as you will not be considered for the Festival.}
More than one entry may be submitted by the same filmmaker.
DVD’s must be labeled with the title, run time, and contact information on the DVD face.
If emailing DCP, include this information in the body of the email.

If your film is selected, you will be asked to provide additional press materials (color photos of producer/ director, bio/ filmography of director/ producer, B&W and/or color stills from the film, video trailer, anecdotal notes for film production).
If your film is not selected, a DVD will only be returned if you include a postage pre-paid return mailer with your submission.

Musicians, for consideration to perform live at the Festival, please submit your CD or email MP3’s by August 16, 2013.

This year we are excited to be selected as part of Houston Arts Alliance Pre-Incubator Program, Class of 2014! It means a LOT of hard work, but also an equal amount of learning how to successfully grow Our Image so that we can bring you, our awesome patrons, even more innovative programming.

We also look forward to expanding into more Houston neighborhoods. Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed how huge our city is!

Between the workshops we’ll be attending at Houston Arts Alliance and our expansion plans, 2013 will be a big and bold year at Our Image Film and Arts. We hope that you allow us to share our excitement with you by continuing to patronize our events, volunteering, and becoming a member.
